Chamberlain-Hunt Academy is a Christian, military, boarding school established by the Presbytery of Mississippi in Port Gibson in 1879. First, Chamberlain-Hunt is a Christian school. Galena Ridge, located in the Cabinet Mountains Wilderness Area in Northwest Montana, provides a small, high quality, rigorous outdoor adventure program with strong educational and emotional growth components. We challenge students and their families to address difficult emotional issues and make positive changes in their lives. Accendo Academy is a Christian boarding school for boys ages 12 to 17 who have had academic and behavioral problems in other settings. Our troubled teen program was developed to address shortcomings in teen boot camps by providing a residential Christian boys home as a positive alternative. For many students, the traditional school system fails to provide the structured, disciplined environment necessary for their development.
